Job Description
We are working with a leading global transport entity in Dubai who are looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager with company secretarial experience to join their successful legal team.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in either private practice or in house
- Must have experience working in a company secretarial capacity
- Must have experience working with board of directors, advising on corporate governance structures and management of entities
- Must have experience advising on compliance issues
