- Legal research on laws and cases
- Support legal counsel in reporting the works of legal department
- Preparation of Excel files for the works done by the legal department
- Preparation of Power Points for internal meetings (regarding legal works, projects, trainings)
- Assist the legal counsel in drafting legal documents/contracts
- Support for uploading the documents on the internal systems,
- Assist for archiving the documents, categorizing the files and folders,
- Follow up and support notary processes
- Checking external law firm invoices and initiating the internal processes for approval
- Follow up the documents to be signed by the signatories
- Contribute to the improvement of existing reporting
- Bachelor\'s degree in law is a must. Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Fluent English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Eager to learn and open for development.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative.
- Analytical and customer-oriented approach
- Candidate should be based in Dubai and should have an experience in a law firm or an in house department for at least 1 year in UAE"
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
