Overseeing and managing multiple legal debt settlement cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and resolution for AWH clients.
Conducting a comprehensive legal review of the case documents, providing the client with a legal opinion, and understanding the case circumstances.
Responsible for all the prelitigation negotiation processes and financial due diligence.
Following up on the portfolio of cases to achieve the required target.
oAbility to draft and review legal documents such as legal notices, demand notices, settlement agreements, etc.
Exhibit adeptness in resolving disputes by employing effective negotiation strategies to achieve mutually advantageous resolutions.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, answering their queries, and addressing any concerns throughout the debt settlement process.
Developing and presenting legal debt settlement proposals to clients, outlining the proposed terms and conditions.
Maintaining accurate and updated records of client interactions, settlements, and negotiations for legal and administrative purposes
Prepare reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Take the Minutes of the Meeting, file them on the system, and coordinate internal department activities. o Managing the Outlook calendar/ organizing and attending meetings, calls, and video calls as required.
Work on the legal system and keep it updated.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of Law.
+ 3 years of experience in debt recovery or legal recovery.
Experience in working with financial targets and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Apt in negotiating and persuading.
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
Self-motivated and have the passion to learn and work.
