Job Description
Seeking an experienced and qualified legal counsel for our client in Abu Dhabi. Areas of expertise must include, compliance, risk, regulatory, corporate governance and UAE/Abu Dhabi govt strategy and policy.
Reporting to the GC, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Lead risk management strategy
- Identify risks to the business and help the organization to understand risks/risk management
- Ensure compliance with relevant authorities, and offer solutions where applicable
- Communicate regulatory, legislative, and best practice changes to senior managers
- Manage department budgets
- Stakeholder management, internal and external
