Position Title: Legal Counsel - QSR or Retail

Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An international fast-food giant recognized for its strong growth and iconic brand presence.

? Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including lease agreements, tenancy contracts, service agreements, and other business contracts.
? Represent the company or its clients in resolving rental disputes, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation support when required.
? Provide legal advice, opinions, and risk assessments on landlord-tenant matters, contract law, and applicable regulatory issues.
? Prepare legal documentation and support submissions for court or arbitration proceedings, if necessary.
