Overview of Services to be provided by Legal Counsel (MESA)

Providing legal counsel for the Group's business activities in Middle East & South Asia ("MESA") as may be required by the Company.

Duties and Areas of Responsibility

Providing legal support and advice to the group's business activities in MESA

Drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial and corporate contracts relating to the exploitation of commercial rights to sporting events.

Managing and performing the corporate secretarial function for all the Group companies in MESA.

Providing general advice on legal matters arising from the Group's corporate structure and operations across MESA.

Providing legal support and advice on general corporate and company secretarial matters.

Developing and updating legal precedents as required.

Liaising with external counsel and regional offices on a variety of legal matters.

Advising on and managing compliance matters relating to the Group's MESA business.

Supporting the implementation of Group's policies and training.

Reporting regularly and as required on all legal, corporate secretarial and compliance matters to VP Legal Affairs (APAC).

Requirements

Experience working within the Sports Industry is preferable (within the MESA region is preferred).

Knowledge of English common law is essential.

Minimum of 5 years' experience preferred
