Job Description
Legal Counsel (Intellectual Property) Requirements: - Must be common law qualified (UK,US,Canada, Australia, NZ -3-5 PQE, with at least 2 years of experience in private practice -Must have knowledge and understanding of IP - including trends and legal updates
- Drafting Documents - memos, letters, notices etc.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating IP-specific contracts (e.g. re: piloting, licensing, R&D and commercialisation and general commercial contracts
- Legal Advisory (negotiations, pre and post contract matters)
- Assisting with trademark and brand-related matters (registration protection and infringements etc.)
