Your role
Are you an experienced and highly capable Senior Legal Counsel ready to join our legal team in the Middle East?
We are looking for an experienced legal candidate with a strong combination of private practice and in-house banking experience, deep regional knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. In this role, you will provide strategic and practical legal advice across a wide range of financial products and services.

• provide comprehensive legal support for our Global Wealth Management business across the Middle East region.
• advise regulatory commercial, governance, compliance, and corporate matters as well as financing transactions.
• draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and transaction documents.
• collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure alignment and consistency.
• manage external counsel relationships.
• improve internal legal processes and templates.
• support strategic initiatives and cross-border projects while ensuring compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements.

Your team
You'll join our Middle East legal team in Dubai, working closely with colleagues across EMEA, Switzerland and APAC. Our team provides high-quality legal support to business stakeholders in the Global Wealth Management division. We value collaboration, precision, and proactive problem solving.
Your expertise

• at least 8 years of PQE experience as a corporate or regulatory counsel within an international bank, financial institution, or reputable global law firm
• a law degree and qualification to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
• commercial, solution-oriented mindset with proactive legal advice
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• proven ability to work independently under pressure with shifting workloads.
• excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• collaborative, adaptable and innovative approach, and ability to think outside the box
• reliable, proactive team player who contributes to a positive, high-performance culture
