Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Legal Counsel to join a globally respected investment organisation headquartered in Abu Dhabi. This is a rare chance to join a high-performing legal team within one of the world's most influential institutional investors.
To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:

4-6PQE, common law qualified
Trained and qualified at a top international firm, and ideally have some in-house experience
Have a strong background in commercial contracts and corporate law, with the ability to work cross-functionally and advise at a strategic level.
Arabic speaker would be highly preferred, but not necessary
