The Legal Coordinator supports the Legal Affairs Department with document management, administrative tasks, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and organize legal documents (contracts, MOUs, policies).
Maintain accurate legal files (digital & physical).
Coordinate with departments to gather information for legal matters.
Track legal deadlines, compliance activities, and contract renewals.
Support regulatory reporting, investigations, and communication with authorities or external counsel.
Handle translation, notarization, and attestation of documents.
Ensure adherence to Qatari laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years' experience in legal coordination, preferably in healthcare/public sector.
Strong knowledge of legal documentation and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Tagalog.
