Job Title: Legal Advisor Full-time Qualifications: Minimum bachelor\'s degree in law English (Required) Arabian (Preferred) Experience: 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in UAE Labour Law Roles & Responsibilities: Litigation before UAE Courts Case Management and Disputes Resolution Manage all types of court cases before all court\xe2\x80\x99s levels, meet clients, request documents, prepare evidence, and draft memos, petitions, pleadings, different applications, and requests Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and reached amicable solutions Legal Advisory and Consultation Provide clear, concise, accessible, well-reasoned verbal and written legal consultation advice in all legal matters in UAE, in Arabic and English. Attend business meetings; provide solutions, legal support, and consultation in all legal matters in corporate, commercial, labour, banking, and civil law, in all legal issues in UAE, in Arabic and in English. Legal Drafting, Legal Review and Legal Due Diligence Draft Court memos, agreements, contracts, legal opinions and all legal documents in English. Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts, legal documents, court pleadings, motions, memoranda, Legal correspondence, and legal opinions in both Arabic and English Languages Apply the legal, due diligence and preventive law philosophy to protect organizations proactively.
