Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Advise management on legal risks, obligations, and compliance related to real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, and sale/purchase agreements Handle due diligence for property acquisitions, developments, and disposals Liaise with government authorities (DLD, RERA, Notary Public, etc.) for approvals and documentation Ensure full legal compliance with Dubai property laws, freehold and leasehold structures, and escrow regulations Manage legal disputes, property litigations, and arbitration matters, if any Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations impacting the real estate sector Support other departments with legal documentation, company licensing, and corporate governance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

as a legal advisor/consultant in the real estate industry In-depth knowledge of UAE Real Estate Law, Dubai Land Department processes, and RERA regulations Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to manage multiple legal cases and contracts simultaneously with attention to detail Must know Arabic
