Job Description

Main responsibilities 1.Provide effective legal advisory services and continuous support on any arising issues that may impact the day-to-day operations within the various functions residing within the Company, 2. Act as the lawyer to the Company on all commercial / corporate / project / finance matters including drafting, reviewing and/or approving construction contracts, service contracts, commercial contracts, consultancy contracts, employment contracts, loan agreements, joint ventures, MOUs, NDAs, regulatory matters, intellectual property, IT and trade issues. Ensuring contractual obligations adhere with the UAE laws and regulations and in line with Company\'s policies in order to reduce the company\'s liability and protect its interest 3. Assist in the representation of and preparation of litigations filed against the Company. 4. Represent the company at court hearings and tribunals to ensure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s interests are effectively safeguarded and so that it carries out its legal obligations effectively. 5. Negotiate, and draft and implement, complex legal agreements relating to the work of the company. 6. Represent the company at meetings with external bodies to ensure that the legal aspects of any decisions are fully considered. 7. Provide effective support and guidance to the Company\'s stakeholders where deemed appropriate, whilst ensuring optimal delivery of assigned duties and responsibilities Knowledge, skills and experience required 1. Master of Laws (LL. M. degree) degree from a recognized university 2. Considerable experience of advocacy. 3. Excellent representational skills. 4. Commercial Law Practiced in UAE.
