The Role
Position Title: Legal Consultant Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Fujairah, UAE About the Client: A strong global group, leading the manufacturing and trading of petrochemical product, based in Fujairah, UAE : \xe2\x80\xa2 Help the organization to understand and comply with numerous federal, state, and local regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, negotiate, and draft various contracts, such as exploration and production agreements, drilling contracts, joint operating agreements, and lease agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist clients in complying with environmental regulations, including permits, waste disposal, and safety standards along with general counsel, work on international legal requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle legal disputes, including lawsuits related to property rights, contract breaches, environmental issues, and other conflicts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise on intellectual property matters related to innovations, patents, and trade secrets in the industry.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 25 to 35 years old \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 10 years total experience, at least 5 years of it is UAE experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be Licensed/Certified Legal Consultant \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience in Oil & Gas experience or related/ corporate, global company \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be locally available to know the UAE Law, including Fujairah emirate local Laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate joiners will be prioritized How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
