Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge in various Laws and corporate affairs
- Familiarity with legal procedures and financial services regulation UAE
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Strong legal knowledge to provide competent secretarial and administrative support service.
- Review and amend legal documents according to the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
- Provide written legal advice to clients on issues related to UAE Laws.
- English communication skill is an advantage.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- English (Preferred)
