Legal Consultant
Job Description
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a Legal Consultant and 2 years within UAE
- Must be bi-lingual and proficient in English and Arabic, both verbal and written. - Proficient in all legal matters (labor, real estate, sharia/family, criminal, civil) with an in-depth knowledge of the legal procedures, court systems online and documentation in the UAE. - Must have in depth knowledge on Execution Cases and more complex Inheritence matters - in depth understanding and experience of litigation and judicial local framework - Competent in reviewing and drafting legal documents such as Memoranda, Plea, Agreements or Contracts - A team player with good communication and who has confidence to work idependently. -Corporate commercial and technology Laws as well as proficiency in additional languages is an advantage - Understand that the client needs to be kept updated Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
