Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance on business operations, contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Advise on labor law, commercial law, intellectual property, and data protection issues
Conduct legal research and ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Liaise with external counsel and government authorities when required
Support internal teams on legal risk management and dispute resolution
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on legal implications
Assist in developing internal legal policies and frameworks
Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) or additional legal certifications is a plus
