A Bachelors Degree in Law is requiredA Masters Degree in Law is preferable A minimum of 7 years of related work experienceThorough knowledge of the laws of the UAEThorough knowledge of judicial procedures and rules Thorough knowledge of court and legal procedures Ability to provide guidance and advice on legal policy and legislative issues and the ability to negotiate through collaborationAbility to prepare legal pleadings briefs and memorandaAbility to perform legal researchAbility to render effective decisions and deal tactfully with the courts law enforcement officials various ministries and the publicAbility to define problems collect data establish facts recommend and implement solutions in a timely fashionA high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the work environmentCurrent knowledge of practices trends and issues in the UAESuperior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels within the organization and with appropriate external stakeholdersHighly developed organizational communication and presentation skillsStrong management or leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and or chairing committees
