Job Title Legal Consultant
Salary 750 AED (per month)
Description
- A Bachelor's Degree in Law is required
- A Master's Degree in Law is preferable.
- A minimum of 7 years of related work experience
- Thorough knowledge of the laws of the UAE
- Thorough knowledge of judicial procedures and rules.
- Thorough knowledge of court and legal procedures.
- Ability to provide guidance and advice on legal/policy and legislative issues, and the ability to negotiate through collaboration
- Ability to prepare legal pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
- Ability to perform legal research
- Ability to render effective decisions and deal tactfully with the courts, law enforcement officials, various ministries, and the public
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, recommend and implement solutions in a timely fashion
- A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the work environment
- Current knowledge of practices, trends, and issues in the UAE
- Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels within the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
- Highly developed organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong management or leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and/or chairing committees
