We are currently seeking a

highly experienced Legal Consultant

with strong knowledge of

UAE laws

to join our growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional legal advice, opinions, and consultancy in accordance with

UAE Federal and Emirate laws

. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and government authorities when required. Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear, concise legal memoranda. Advise corporate clients on commercial, real estate, employment, and compliance matters. Liaise with regulators and government departments on client-related legal issues. Ensure the firm's legal services meet the highest professional and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Minimum

5-10 years of proven experience

as a Legal Consultant or Lawyer in the UAE. Excellent understanding of

UAE Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Law

. Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills in

English

(Arabic is a strong advantage). Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and meet tight deadlines. Must be currently based in the UAE.
