Legal & Compliance Executive
Job Description
Coordinating with the retained lawyers on the relevant law (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).
Directly reporting to the Group Compliance Manager to stay upto date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the group.
Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
