Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused

Legal Advisor (Arabic Speaker)

to provide expert legal guidance on immigration and related matters. The role includes interpreting and applying immigration laws, reviewing legal documents, advising clients on eligibility and compliance, and ensuring all cases follow current regulations and policies.
The position also involves handling

Dubai Court Notary services

, including document attestation, notarization, and legal verification as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal consultation and resolve client-related legal issues in the immigration process. Review, interpret, and apply immigration laws, regulations, and case-specific legal matters. Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and suitable solutions for complex immigration cases. Draft, review, and verify contracts, agreements, and immigration-related legal documents.

Handle Dubai Court Notary services, including notarization, attestation, preparation, and submission of documents as per UAE legal requirements.

Liaise with government authorities, embassies, notary offices, and legal bodies on behalf of clients. Ensure all cases comply with the latest immigration, labor, and UAE legal regulations. Support the immigration team with legal interpretations, dispute resolution, and compliance matters. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest professional ethics in all client interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, Immigration Consultant, or similar legal role. Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, visa processes, and legal documentation. Experience with
