Support in drafting and reviewing of legal documents;
Must know how to use all UAE Court systems
Handle all physical and digital archiving of documents, records and reports. Building and maintaining databases and files;
Reviewing and organizing old files and documents;
Performing due diligence on contracts and business agreements;
Performing legal and factual research;
Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations;
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations;
Organizing and tracking case files;
Coordinating with law office activities;
Support in handling multiple cases management responsibilities;
Preparing and managing regular legal summaries and reports;
General support for smooth operations of litigation department
Qualifications
Previous Legal Researcher or equivalent experience, ideally in the Middle East
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in the UAE
Ministry of Justice card
Mother tongue must be Arabic
Fluency in English
Driver's License required
