Job Description

Job Summary: Supporting the Legal and Collection department for Administrative tasks, Supporting 30% Legal and 70% Collection. Job Responsibilities:
  • Legal Tasks
1. Follow up with PRO and Legal Incharge for legal notice and submitted cases. 2. Filing all the important documents. 3. Follow up with finance department for case payment. 4. Other admin tasks.
  • Collection Tasks
1. Receiving bounced cheques from finance on a daily basis. 2. Prepare files for each bounced cheque. 3. Emails to tenants on a daily basis. 4. Daily update the process tracker. 5. Handling all calls of the tenants. 6. Preparing daily and weekly reports regarding the collections. 7. Other admin tasks. Job Requirements: 1. Females preferred. 2. Arabic nationality preferred. 3. Have at-least 2 years experience in administrative tasks. 4. Bachelors degree or equivalent. 5. Previous experience in customer service will be plus. Skills Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Skilled in Email support. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. 5. Strong organizational and planning skills. 6. Should be flexible for assigned tasks. 7. Computer proficiency is must. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
  • Legal Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
