Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 1- Incorporation of new companies and maintaining Group companies\xe2\x80\x99 registers (onshore- offshore) in UAE & all the group regions. 2- Handle & creating, reviews and approves all kind of contracts related to business including but not limited to Leasehold Agreement, NDA, MOU, MOA, JV, Employment, Lease, Assignment, consultant, Marketing, Agency, etc. 3- Handle the registration of the trademark. 4- Litigation and Arbitration if needed. 5- - Prepares, manages, and controls legal cases filed by, and against, the Group and drafts litigation memos and legal notices. 6- Check all the agreement with the suppliers &provide the legal opinion. 7- Handle all the investigation with the employee align with the HR Department. 8- Provides legal opinion about all existing and potential liabilities related to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Court cases/disputes. 9- Managing external law firms 10- Manages relationships with external local and international law firms looking for the appropriate level of expertise and best cost / quality of service ratio for each file 11- Interaction with Govt. Departments. 12- - Prepares all required documents, application forms etc. concerning to RERA, Dubai Land Department, ERES, Interim Real Estate Register) based on knowledge of the related laws and regulations 13- Conducts the unit termination process in accordance with local legislation and its amendment. 14- Establishes new companies and maintains lawful legal structure of the Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates companies in coordination with external lawyers 15- Maintains updated company registers for all the Group Companies and carries out follow-up and renewal of licenses and permits for the Group Companies 16- Prepares Powers of Attorney as required from time to time and assists in the notarization process in the UAE and overseas 17- Develops legal policies, plans and procedures such as model contracts and other standardized documentation and ensures their proper implementation/application. Qualifications: 1- Not less than 5 years of experience in the same position. 2-Experience in UAE law, UK law, Singapore Law. 3- Fluent in English is a must. 4- Strategic Thinking Job Type: Full-time
