Preparation of the corporate documentation.
Processing of compliance requests from regulatory authorities and counterparties, preparation of necessary reports and notifications, implementation of registration actions in the Free Zones;
Preparation of standard contracts.
Filing of legal documents.
Prepare the required documents for attestation.
Review the legal notes.

We are looking for Legal assistant with the below Criteria and Responsibilities: MALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.

Candidates able to communicate in Arabic is mandatory.
Good Communication skills are mandatory.
Presentable and flexible and accountable Candidates only.
Good English writing and speaking skills are preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Law.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
Work collaboratively with other departments to help solving legal issues.
Highly organized.
Confer with the human resources department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases, and other duties.
Offer assistance to the accounting department to provide invoices, payments, and receipts.
6-12 Month Experience as a lawyer in UAE.
Ability to work efficiently under stress environment.
It is a must to have a valid driving license.
It is a must to have own car.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
