We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Bilingual Legal Secretary
to provide administrative and secretarial support to our legal team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both
English and Arabic
, capable of handling confidential documents, and skilled at managing a wide variety of legal and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents in English and Arabic (contracts, court forms, correspondence, etc.)
Translate legal documents between English and Arabic
Prepare and file legal documents with courts or government departments
Maintain and organize legal files, both physical and electronic
Coordinate meetings, hearings, and legal appointments
Communicate with clients, courts, and government entities in both languages
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and reminders for attorneys
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Knowledge of legal terminology and legal document formats
Proficient in MS Office and legal document management software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Diploma or degree in law, legal studies, or a related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
