Administrative/Legal Assistant Posted 8 days ago Ref: QP275-3906 Job description / Role Employment: Full Time Position Title: Administrative/Legal Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the pioneer Establishments who is specialized in defense, security, intelligence & counter-intelligence, and tailor-made solutions .Arranging execution of legal documents (NDAs, contracts, etc).Preparing and maintaining of board minutes, .Conducting legal research, contract reviews and collect relevant documents and information.Partnering with Sales, Product and Compliance teams to resolve open contractual points.Drafting and negotiating agreements to support commercial activities (e.g., referral, exclusivity).Coordinating the execution of agreements .Continually seek efficiencies in process, contract automation and other ways to improve the team's output and outcomes Requirements Qualifications:.Open to Eastern European nationals.Female, 40 years old and below.Bachelor's degree in law or any relevant field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role.Must know how to read the legal contracts at least.Must speak English & French and preferably Russian How to Apply:Send your CV in word format online.
