Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent

Legal Advisor

with strong expertise in

UAE laws

and working knowledge of

international legal frameworks

to ensure full legal compliance across the organization. The role involves advising management on legal risks, overseeing compliance programs, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring adherence to local and global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure company-wide compliance with

UAE federal and local laws

, including Commercial, Labor, Civil, Corporate, and Regulatory laws Monitor and interpret

international laws and regulations

relevant to cross-border operations, trade, and business expansion Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and policies Advise management on legal risks, regulatory exposure, and mitigation strategies Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, government authorities, and compliance bodies Develop and implement internal

compliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Oversee corporate governance matters, board resolutions, and statutory filings Handle disputes, claims, notices, and litigation coordination Ensure compliance with

AML, data protection, ESG, sanctions, and anti-bribery laws

(where applicable) Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and employee legal awareness sessions

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree or certifications preferred

5-8 years

of experience in legal and compliance roles Strong practical knowledge of

UAE laws and regulations

(mandatory) Working knowledge of

international / cross-border legal frameworks

Experience in corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory law Prior UAE experience in a similar role is

mandatory

Ability to work with multinational stakeholders and external counsel

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in UAE-based corporates, groups, or multinational companies Exposure to industries such as retail, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, or distribution Familiarity with international compliance standards and global best practices

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
