Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Legal Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise inUAE real estate laws, procedures, contracts, and compliance
, as well as a solid understanding ofUAE Labour Law
and all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on all real estate transactions, agreements, contracts, and disputes. Ensure full compliance with
UAE real estate regulations
,RERA rules
, and industry standards. Draft, review, and finalize agreements including MOUs, tenancy contracts, sales & purchase agreements, property management contracts, etc. Advise management onUAE Labour Law
, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters. Manage legal risks, respond to legal notices, and represent the company when required. Coordinate with government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies. Stay updated with new laws, regulations, and amendments related to real estate and labour.? Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in UAE (real estate experience is a MUST). Strong knowledge of
RERA
,Dubai Land Department procedures
, and UAE property regulations. Excellent understanding ofUAE Labour Law
. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
