We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawyer with strong experience in the HR field to join our team. This role requires a professional who understands both legal frameworks and HR practices and who can confidently support our organization in navigating complex employment matters.
Responsibilities:
-Provide legal guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues
-Advise on employment contracts, workplace disputes, and regulatory requirements
-Draft and review HR-related legal documents and agreements
-Support investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
-Collaborate closely with HR and management teams to mitigate legal risks
-Stay updated on changes in employment laws and HR regulations
Requirements:
-Act as the sole legal and HR resource for the organization
-Provide legal advice on employment law, labor relations, and workplace compliance matters
-Draft, review, and maintain employment-related documents, including contracts, policies, and internal procedures
-Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations from both a legal and HR perspective
-Conduct legal research and ensure the organization complies with changes in employment laws and regulations
-Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with legal requirements
-Handle internal investigations related to employee conduct or workplace disputes
-Represent the company in employment-related legal proceedings or coordinate with external counsel as needed
-Advise on general corporate legal matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management
-Identify and mitigate legal risks across HR and broader business operations
-Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data protection compliance
