Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters in Qatar.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with Qatari labor law, corporate governance requirements, and industry regulations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, and dispute resolution when necessary.
Advise management on potential legal risks and strategies for mitigation.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal firms.
Handle employee-related legal matters, including employment contracts, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
Keep management updated on changes in Qatari laws and regulations that may impact business operations.
Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) is an advantage.
Minimum 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
Strong knowledge of Qatari labor law, civil law, and commercial legislation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, advisory, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Valid Qatar Driving License.
Knowledge of PRO (Public Relations Officer) work is an added advantage.
