This role is responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving sales of LED display products including indoor/outdoor LED screens, transparent LEDs, LED walls and customized display solutions. The candidate will work closely with marketing, technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals including retail, hospitality, real estate, corporate and events. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor offerings in the LED display space. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to customer requirements. Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries and tenders.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide product consultations and technical information to support customer decision-making. Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales and project execution phases.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Maintain thorough understanding of the company's LED product portfolio, technical specifications and installation procedures. Recommend suitable LED display solutions based on client needs, site conditions and project budgets.
Quotations & Proposals:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and technical teams. Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close deals while ensuring profitability.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, installation and after-sales support. Monitor project timelines, ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain records of all sales activities, leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and market feedback to management.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in LED display or digital signage industry in the UAE/GCC region.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
Skills:
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Technical understanding of LED screen technologies and display solutions. Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and solution selling. UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred:
Existing client network in the digital signage, events, construction or media sectors. Experience working with Chinese or international LED screen suppliers.
