We are a growing events, media, and production company specializing in high-quality LED screens, staging, and visual solutions for exhibitions, concerts, conferences, and indoor/outdoor events. We are looking for an experienced
LED Screen Operator / Technician
with hands-on experience in
P2.6 LED
and other fine-pitch/standard LED systems.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and operate
LED screens (P2.6 and other pixel pitches)
for events and fixed installations
Handle
LED cabinets, signal connections, and power distribution
Set up and manage
video processors, controllers, and sending/receiving cards
Align, calibrate, and test LED screens to ensure optimal image quality
Troubleshoot technical issues on-site (signal loss, dead pixels, mapping issues, etc.)
Coordinate with the AV team for content playback, resolutions, and screen layouts
Perform basic maintenance and repair of LED modules and related equipment
Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company standards
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
working with LED screens (events, rental, or installations)
Strong knowledge of
P2.6 LED panels
and other types (e.g., P3.9, P4.8, indoor/outdoor)
Experience with LED control systems and processors (e.g.,
NovaStar, Colorlight, Linsn
, or similar)
Understanding of
video signals, resolutions, and aspect ratios
Ability to read technical layouts and follow setup plans
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under time pressure during events
Flexible to work
nights, weekends, and overtime
when required
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable)
