Key Responsibilities
Manage setup, calibration, operation, and dismantling of LED screens
Lead and supervise LED technicians and on?site crew
Coordinate with event planners and production teams to meet visual requirements
Operate LED processors, media servers, and control systems
Troubleshoot technical issues during live events
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on LED panels
Maintain inventory of LED panels, processors, and related equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with LED screens or AV equipment
Strong knowledge of LED processors (Novastar, Brompton, etc.)
Understanding of video signal flow and media server operation
Excellent troubleshooting and problem?solving skills
Ability to lead teams in high?pressure environments
Strong communication and client?facing skills
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/degree in AV Technology, Electronics, or related field
Certifications in LED systems or AV technology
Experience with concerts, exhibitions, or large?scale events
