Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled and reliable LED Display Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the

installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

of indoor and outdoor LED display systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all LED display boards function smoothly and meet the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test LED display screens (indoor/outdoor) Perform routine maintenance and inspections on LED boards and control systems Diagnose and repair hardware or software faults in LED modules, power supplies, and control cards Handle wiring, soldering, and connections of LED modules and control systems Calibrate brightness, color, and pixel mapping for accurate display performance Coordinate with the technical and project teams for installations and site work Ensure safe handling, mounting, and dismantling of LED panels Keep records of maintenance and repairs performed Troubleshoot networking or control software (e.g., NovaStar, Colorlight, Linsn) Assist in testing and quality control before client handover

Requirements:

Proven experience as an LED Technician or in a similar technical role Knowledge of LED display systems, control software, and wiring Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical manuals Hands-on experience with tools, testing equipment, and electronic repair Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (for outdoor installations) Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
