We are looking for highly qualified, energetic, adaptable, and experienced people to teach “University Life Skills”.


Life Skills course is in “Arabic” language.
Job Responsibility
Successful candidates will be mostly committed to teaching/training and supporting fresh students enrolled in the Prep Year Program. Based on applicant’s experience, he may be involved in curriculum development and participate in committees working towards the continuous improvement/enhancement of the Prep Year program. Also, he can pursue his research interests outside the working hours.

Successful candidates are expected to undertake teaching/training of Prep Year students to acquire life skills, among which: Service Learning; Community Service; Problem Solving; Leadership and Teambuilding; Setting Goals; Time Management; Thinking Skills, Presentation Skills; and Scientific Writing.

Qualifications
Holding formal relevant training certificates would be desirable. Teaching experience at a western (USA, Canada, UK, Australia…) institution is preferred. Ability to assess and evaluate course outcomes and students’ performance is a plus.

1. M.Sc. in Education, Management, Marketing, or an equivalent.

2. Fluent in both, English and Arabic.

3. Familiar with Word, Excel, and Power Point applications.

4. Computer literacy including e-learning technologies.

5. Two years of experience as a teacher/trainer in “University Life Skills”.

6. Strong personal communications and effective means of material presentation.

7. Strong experience about community Service and Service Learning.

8. Certified Trainer
