Job Overview:

We are seeking a

PhD-qualified faculty member

specializing in

Human Resources Management (HRM) or Organizational Behavior (OB)

to join our MBA Programme. This role is a priority appointment and will play a key role in enhancing academic quality, supporting

CAA accreditation compliance

, and promoting

research-led teaching

.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver MBA-level courses in: Organizational Behavior & Leadership Human Resource Management (HRM) Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials in line with CAA standards. Apply effective and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Maintain accurate academic records, course files, and assessment documentation as required by CAA. Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Support research activities, academic publications, and scholarly engagement. Participate in accreditation processes, internal audits, and academic committees.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

PhD in

Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline

.

UAE equivalency is mandatory

. Minimum

3-5 years of relevant teaching experience

, preferably at postgraduate (MBA) level. Sound understanding of

CAA standards and higher education quality frameworks

. Demonstrated ability to engage in research and scholarly activities. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month

, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Other benefits as per institutional policy.
