Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, well-organized, and professional Salon Operations Lead to oversee the daily front desk and overall operations of our upscale men's salon. This role combines exceptional customer service at the reception with operational oversight, staff coordination, and business support to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Relations

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling efficiently using booking software. Handle payments, issue invoices, and track daily sales. Maintain excellent communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty. Address and resolve client concerns in a tactful and service-oriented manner.
Shop Management & Coordination

Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the salon at all times. Coordinate with barbers and staff to ensure timely service flow and daily task execution. Monitor inventory of products, supplies, and equipment; place orders when needed. Ensure all health and safety standards are met, including cleanliness and hygiene protocols. Track staff attendance, performance, and shift schedules in coordination with the owner. Provide daily reports and updates on operations, issues, and improvements.
Team & Communication

Act as the first point of contact for internal team coordination. Help onboard new barbers or staff by introducing them to operational routines. Encourage team harmony and professionalism in alignment with the salon's image. Assist with social media coordination or marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment. Prior experience in team coordination or shop management is strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor. Familiarity with POS and appointment systems. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
