We are hiring

Leasing & Tenant Relations Executive (Arabic Female)

to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

Lease Renewal:

Manage and track lease renewal cycles for residential and commercial properties. Send timely renewal notices to tenants and follow up for confirmation. Prepare renewal offers and negotiate terms in line with company policies. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for contract preparation and Ejari / Oqoodi updates. Ensure all documents are signed and archived appropriately.

Tenant Relations:

Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints. Conduct regular communication with tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Schedule and conduct tenant meetings to discuss lease terms, rent adjustments, or concerns. Maintain detailed records of tenant interactions and resolutions provided.

Customer Service:

Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to all tenants. Liaise with maintenance and facility teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues. Monitor and address tenant feedback for continuous improvement in service quality.

Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain accurate lease and tenant data in the property management system. Generate reports related to lease renewals, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback. Assist in rent collection and follow-up with finance for pending dues if needed.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5

years of experience in tenant relations, leasing, or property management in the UAE. Fluent in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of property laws, lease terms, and local regulations (Ejari / Oqoodi). Proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Preferred Skills:

Customer-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence. Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive tenant issues discreetly. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working in multicultural environments.
