- Develop and implement leasing strategies, attract, and retain tenants and monitor market trends for competitive rental rates.
- Conduct lease negotiations, build strong tenant relationships, and resolve lease-related issues.
- Manage lease agreements, ensure compliance, analyze financial data, and optimize rental income.
- Work with property management, legal, and marketing teams while coordinating maintenance for tenant satisfaction.
