Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic & experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. Key Roles: . Oversee all leasing operations and tenant relations . Develop & implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income . Identify Market needs & trends . Conduct market analysis and identify potential tenants . Property upkeep & improvement . Marketing & Promoting available properties . Manage leasing documentation and reporting. Requirements: . Bahrain nationality preferred with relevant educational qualification & work experience. . Knowledge of Bahrain real estate laws and regulations . Strong communication, negotiation, Customer relationship and leadership skills. Salary & other benefits will be discussed during the interview.
