Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Leasing Manager

to lead and oversee leasing operations across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring proven real estate expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day leasing operations for one or multiple properties Manage and mentor leasing agents to meet leasing goals and KPIs Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor properties, and pricing strategies Handle high-level leasing transactions, renewals, and negotiations Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and promote available units Ensure all leasing processes comply with fair housing laws and company policies Generate weekly/monthly leasing reports for senior management Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants

Qualifications

Experience in real estate leasing, supervisory or managerial role Strong understanding of leasing laws, market conditions, and property management operations Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Knowledgeable in property management Ability to analyze data and make strategic leasing decisions High attention to detail and organizational skills
