to oversee the leasing operations of our property portfolio. The role involves developing leasing strategies, managing tenant relations, ensuring maximum occupancy, and complying with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Ejari regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve
occupancy and revenue targets
.
Manage the
end-to-end leasing process
, including property listing, tenant sourcing, negotiations, and closing agreements.
Handle
Ejari registrations, renewals, and DLD compliance
.
Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and related documentation in line with UAE laws.
Conduct property viewings and build strong relationships with prospective tenants.
Maintain effective tenant communication and resolve leasing-related concerns.
Monitor lease expiries, send timely renewal notices, and minimize vacancy periods.
Track and analyze market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
Liaise with property owners, facilities teams, and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare monthly leasing reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of leasing experience
in UAE real estate.
Strong knowledge of
DLD, RERA, and Ejari processes
.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
