The Role
Elysian real estate, launched in 2006, are expanding. We are looking for a leasing manager to look after the palm based leasing team. The role will involve training and mentoring the leasing team, motivating them to achieve the set targets. The leasing manager will be responsible for tracking the KPI's of each team member, conducting regular meetings and one on one support. The role will be an integral part of the growth at Elysian, assisting with the recruitment process, hiring and attracting future candidates into the leasing team.

Requirements
The leasing manager will be RERA qualified and have a minimum of 2 years experience in leasing or sales in the Dubai property market. They will have the ability to motivate and lead a team, tracking performance as well as training and developing new and existing staff. The chosen candidate will have good communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English.
