Email CV to cv at nwmea.com The Leasing and Property Manager is a professional who is charged with ensuring that residential and commercial properties meet the needs of their tenants. This involves marketing vacancies and maintaining vacant units until filled. Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
- Present all leasing & rental related issues with the VP and Rental Sales Managers and provide recommendations to effectively resolve the issues.
- Proactively coordinates Retail Sales team to keep track of upcoming vacant locations and prepare required action plan to fill the property.
- Participate with the VP to prepare the annual budget, marketing plan and sales forecast for Property Management Department.
- Coordinates promotional activity along with Display and Marketing Manager, and actively, seeks New Tenants via Trade shows \xe2\x80\xa6etc.
- Proactively screen market for new potential tenants or collaborations to maximize the occupancy and revenue from the rental sales while managing the database of tenant lists to continuously increase profits from the section.
- Conduct market study, revenue forecast study, analysis of tenant performance and profitability at various types of outlets to support management in developing and refining its rental strategy.
- Manage multiple complex challenges simultaneously in a resource constraint environment whilst
- Proven work experience as a Leasing and Property Manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
