Leasing Manager
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
- Scouting for prospective lessees and conduct surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy and rent.
- Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
- Renewing lease agreements and explain to tenants the terms of a lease, amount to be paid and period of payment whenever necessary.
- Ensure that the leasing office, lease documents and marketing materials are up to date.
- ensure a property is attractive and appealing enough for prospective tenants to lease.
- run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and criminal record to determine if they meet company requirements. Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CAR.
- MUST HAVE 3 - 4 PRIOR DEMONSTRATABLE EXPERIENCE AS A LEASING MANGER OR IN SIMILAR FIELDS.
- Sales and marketing abilities.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Problem solving skills - ability to quickly find solutions to client inquires or complaints. Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Management, time and organizational skills.
- People's person - ability to communicate and connect with clients of differing backgrounds. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
