Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for leasing residential properties in the Communities business unit.

Job Details \xe2\x80\x93 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop rapport, trust and strong relationships with our listing clients.
Tour properties with prospects and adhere to following procedures.
Maintain the units in excellent condition.
Make pricing recommendations based on regularly updated market studies as advised by the line manager.
Complete applications and lease documents in accordance to Majid Al Futtaim and RERA rules and guidelines.
Review vacancies, walk tour path and maintain model homes.
Develop and maintain relationships with the broker network.
Prepare daily and weekly leasing reports.
Provide feedback on customers\xe2\x80\x99 comments and track the effectiveness of lead generating activities.
Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time.

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

College degree and 4 years of experience preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Committed to obtaining Real Estate license
Sales Force, Yardi or similar software experience
