Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified inquiries into signed lease agreements, ensuring timely collection of deposits and documentation.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization in alignment with DP World's business policies.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Development teams to ensure client requirements are considered during project design and execution.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations departments to ensure full contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and promotional roadshows to represent DP World and generate new leads.
• Engage with relevant government agencies and stakeholders in India and the UAE to facilitate business operations.
• Gather and analyze competitor and market intelligence in coordination with the Central Business Intelligence Team.
• Prepare periodic management reports highlighting leasing performance, pricing trends, and customer insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in leasing, business development, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Familiarity with logistics, industrial real estate, or free zone leasing preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to engage with senior executives, investors, and government representatives.
