We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leasing Coordinator. The Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process for residential/commercial properties, ensuring smooth transactions between tenants and property owners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of leasing procedures. Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants. Respond promptly to inquiries regarding available properties, lease terms, and rental rates. Leasing Process Management: Assist applicants with completing rental applications and necessary documentation. Conduct thorough background and credit checks on prospective tenants. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are accurately documented. Ejar Platform experience is a plus. Facilitate lease signings, collecting security deposits and rental payments as required. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property vacancies. Generate leasing reports and analyze leasing trends to inform decision-making. Qualifications: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations. Please send your CV
